I've found that when life gets confusing and frustrating, that means it's time to go to bed! You get what I mean. At night, every problem is MAGNIFIED about 100%, so all dilemmas, big or small, turn into little anxiety monsters that eat you up. Pray, go to bed, wake up, and you have a whole new fresh perspective. Isn't that wonderful!? It doesn’t make the problem go away, but better prepares you for battle with a dose of fresh perspective, in turn allowing you to make the best decision possible.
I find that friends are also good at dealing out a bit of perspective. Mothers, too.
Sometimes we like to look at our problems with a magnifying glass, thinking that will help us better understand what to do. There is a time and place for magnifying glasses, but we can get so wrapped up in ONE little issue that everything begins to revolve around it! We lose sight of what really matters, and that spells diaster.
Anway, I'm done rambling. What I've said is all really basic information, but sometimes we all need a reminder.

First Post!
Hi! Hehe... Yes, I have started this blog in honor, shall we say, of my sixteenth birthday! Sadly, however, I didn't actually create this blog on the actual day! I honestly mean't to. Honest. When I woke up this morning, I decided that one day late is better then never, or waiting a whole year and calling this blog "Seventeen Wishes," which isn't quite as magical or catchy as the deigned title.
I've always been of the opinion that my thoughts and experiences are somewhat profound( ;) )(mostly entertaining), so I hope you may share that opinion too! I promise to be a faithful blogger, as well as my schedule allows. Enjoy!
p.s. I have an immense sense of humor and sarcasm.. *hint hint*
